The Portable Teleporter is a player kept teleportation devic. It can store power and like all Mekanism teleporters, energy drain increases with the distance the player teleports to.

This device, however, is set only to be linked to a single Teleport Core in a given instance. The portable teleporter can be synched to a new teleport core.
