The Rotational Complex is the centerpiece of an Industrial Turbine. It must be placed horizontally-centered in the structure, directly above the rotor shaft. Being the centerpiece, all other interior elements have position restrictions related to it, and thus the height of the rotational complex from the base can notably influence the performance of the turbine.
