A Turbine Vent is a necessary part of an Industrial Turbine. They may limit a turbine's overall rate of flow if there are less vents than there are Pressure Dispersers within the turbine's structure. Vents may be placed on any exterior face of the turbine, but not along its edges, and not in its interior.
