A Saturating Condenser is part of the Industrial Turbine. It allows for some steam to revert back into the water, which can be pumped from any turbine vent out, usually back into the Fission Reactor which the turbine is connected to.
Saturating Condensers can be placed at or above the level of the rotational complex.
