Part of Mekanism logistics, the Diversion Transporter is the opposite of the Restrictive Transporter. Compared to the Thermal Expansion item ducts vacuum mode, this pipe basically tells the logistical system that it is -1000 blocks in length making it the highest priority inventory that it will connect t. There can be some use to this system setting but this editor will perhaps leave it to the player to decide how to make use of a high priority logistic system configuration. Basically put, this will ignore the filters made by the logistical sorter to an extent
