The Atomic Disassembler is an all-in-1 mining tool added by Mekanism. Think of it the upgraded electronic version of the paxel.
Its mining speed can be set to a supercharged state to make mining extremely, to such a degree where the tool should be used with caution when wielding it.
If Forestry is installed this tool can also act like a scoop (not sure if this was accidental)
