Mechanical Pipe is the fluid pipe for Mekanism Logistics. Can be used to connect to any blocks with Fluid Handlers in them. 3 modes as follows
- Push: (haven't verified on what it does)
- Pull: Used to eject fluid if the machine connected to it isn't ejecting automatically
- Normal: Default state
