Heavy Water (Deuteriumoxide, D2O) is an intermediate step in the production of Deuterium (a fuel for the Fusion Reactor). Heavy water is produced by an Electric Pump with Filter Upgrade.
4 Electric Pumps are required to keep an Electrolytic Separator running.
