The Free Runners are an item which provide step-up (allows you to ascend 1-block inclines the same as a horse), as well as preventing fall damage while charged. A fall (depending on the height) will reduce the charge on the free runners.
Free Runners require a charge to prevent fall damage, and can hold a maximum charge of 64kj.
